Sooo, here it is. Edvard-Grieg-Street 10, the lonely townhouse (creatively named after one of my favourite composers)

I hope you care for pictures of (half)empty rooms...

...because I have a lot of them.

The little shop in the basement.

The backroom (with one of my first attempts at creating wallpapers XD).

The entry hall.

The Dining/Living area.

The kitchen (I have way too many kitchens in green/brown, hehe)

The quickly thrown together upstairs bedroom (also, the AL ceilings will eat the curtains, I think)

The tiny, tiny bathroom. It's usable thanks to walkthrough blocks but still claustrophobic. You could make the bedroom a little smaller, though if your sims want more room to breathe ;)

The attic which I think would make a great studio for artists.

Basement/ First floor/ Second floor/ Attic

It's packaged as seen except for the ceilings.
Also, if you haven't have them already, you will need:
Adele's Bode Set
Xavier Bedroom
Ceasar kitchen
Ophelia bathroom
Buggybooz' Kitchen Basic and probably the Shakerlicious recolours, too (though, I tried to fish out the right recolours but the naming system is a bit... How am I supposed to know what colour puttypie is? XD)

or I guess, you could just replace the flashing blue stuff.

It's a 1x2 lot if I remember correctly. Not sure about the price but I think, it was around 60,000 §

Do whatever you like with this house. Just don't re-upload or claim as your own.
Credit goes of course, to all the people who made the great CC.
