backerbseI posted pictures of this lot on GoS sometime ago. The post was lost due the hacking but I remember someone kinda requested this. I meant to upload it earlier but then I started knitting a new beret (which turned out fabulous, by the way) and yeah... so to whoever wanted this lot: I'm sorry for the wait.
Now to the actual download: This house is only semi-furnished and looks best if you place it at a corner. It's named Sinner's Garden because I was listening to Mad Sin and wanted to it to have an awesome garden (which it doesn't).
Have some half-assed pictures...
It's the perfect home for DIY freaks. Renovate the basement, re-do the garden or give it a modern touch.
The basement could be converted to a little apartment for a lodger or maybe turn it into a private space for your teens. It has a separate entrance through the garden.
Obligatory picture of the overgrown garden.
I forgot to include the recolour for the cabinets (if anyone really can't live without it though, I can look if I can find it).
Upstairs are only two empty rooms and this very narrow hall way.
Oh, I nearly forgot to show you the bathroom. Next to it is also a very small guest toilet.

Things you probably want to know: There are extra recolours packaged because I fail at sorting out (and repositioried objects are so annoying to package). I also think I changed the roof colour to black.
If I forgot more, something doesn't work, feel free to give me a shout.
